Week Twelve
his week I focused on modeling the rest of my layot to start rendering for next week presentation, where this put me in a good position where I felt prepared.

STAIR AND RAMP DESIGN

editing stair well after conversation wirh Sue, intergrating ramp and stairs into glass wall layers, becoming apart of the wall design

This design reads well alot more, where the stair case is now front and centre to people entering from queen street encouraging people to go upstairs
GLASS LEANER DESIGN

because the glass is postioned on the oppisite side of the lane I wanted to create glass leaners that mirrored the same design as the glass interior, I designed these leaners where they will consist of one of the 3 colours of glass

These leaners will also add to the atmosohere of the design and site
BENCH DESIGN

I kept searching for ways to find new purpose of this glass interior to increase functionality, I designed benches that where fixed between the spaces of the glass 'fins' in order to activate the space that is lost within the fins, inbetween the second floor light wells these become an aspect that pushes the idea of bringing a community together within the communal workspace
BAR/SHEVLING DESIGN

Continuing with the meaning behind activing and using the space within the facade, as the bar counter is connected to the facade I also designed shelving for spirts, glasses etc, that was within the spacing of the fins, tapering the fins into the wall so their is enough space between the bar and the fins for Front of House to work effienciently

rendering images for presentation next week, I wasnt 100% happy with any of these renders, I wasnt the glass to be more vibrant and their to be more lighting with the space, I decided to re render more images next week before the Final presentation

- change glass colour shader
- use more samples
- more light images too dark
